POSITION SUMMARY

This role will be responsible for building our category offer and delivering brand plans that delight our consumers and excite our retailers.

The role works closely with the sales, marketing and design teams to develop brand plans and execute a calendar of activities across partnerships, trade and drinker events, and social.

• Own in year brand plans: Own the marketing calendar in year. Execute and manage the delivery of in year plans across PR, shopper marketing, press and experiential. Work closely with the sales team to keep them updated on plans & activity performance & ensure sales activities are supported appropriately by marketing.

• Own shopper marketing: work with sales and design teams to develop and execute effective and suitable POS toolkits in line with the brand guidelines. Work with grocery customers to recommend and execute shopper marketing plans that drive MF awareness and sales. Ensure brand messaging is flexed to channel & audience (e.g. grocery vs. OOH vs. café), that our shopper marketing delivers ROI & that it reflects our brand tone of voice.

• Category champion: assist in the development of retailer facing category stories, using category and drinker insight to build compelling arguments for Minor Figures to grow our brand awareness, reach and sales. Keep the business updated of category developments & competitor activities, flex plans as needed to take account of these.

• Work closely with the Digital manager & Brand experience manager to ensure brand plans align with digital activities across MF website, social activity and paid digital.

Monthly reporting on:

• Brand activity performance; reach, engagement and feedback, stop/start/continue learnings

• Category performance & MF performance within this context

• Shopper POS ROI & feedback from sales/retailers/customers/field teams

REVIEW

12-week review and then annual.

Your main place of work will be

HOURS OF WORK

Hours of work will generally be 9.00am – 5:30pm but may vary with workload or by agreement. Flexibility required due to travel requirements.

We expect that you will attend tradeshows and networking events outside from time to time, no time in lieu is provided for attendance at these events.

Travel will be required to follow up leads and generate sales in accordance with the Minor Figures Travel Policy.
