We founded Minor Figures as a coffee company in 2014 We now manufacture and distribute RTD nitro cold brew, Barista Oat M*lk and Liquid Chai.

All our products are 100% plant-based with no added sugar. The company is exploding, achieving record sales figures each quarter.

POSITION SUMMARY

 

 

 OFFICE MANAGER

As Office Manager you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service to the team. You will ensure the smooth running of our busy office and provide administrative and sales support.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, looking after customers support during and after-sales, as well as managing complaints and handling any feedback.

Your responsibilities will include:

·      Taking of all inbound calls, filtering calls and directing them to best person.

·      Keeping the office and the kitchen stocked.

·      Managing company calendars and organising events.

·      Being the main point of contact for our services suppliers.

·      Organising cleaners and building maintenance suppliers.

·      Monitoring our generic emails and assisting with document preparation, pitching documents and presentations.

.      Assisting with onboarding new starters and acting as the point of liaison for all issues. 

·      Acting as fire warden and first aid duties. You will receive training.

·      Monitoring and re-ordering POS and other generic items.

·      Assisting with Ecomm order fulfilment and outgoing post when required.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We aim to provide our customers with outstanding customer experience and exemplary service. As customer service representative, you will be handling everything from incoming sales enquiries to after-sales support.

Your responsibilities will include:

·      Allocating all incoming sales enquiries to the relevant salesperson or distributor.

·      Handling all feedback and complaints using a positive and constructive approach, and sharing it with the relevant persons to help improve our processes.

·      Processing complaints end-to-end, working alongside the technical team for a swift resolution.

·       Performing after-sales services to ensure customers are happy and well looked after.

·       You will be first point of contact for all website and Instagram enquiries, representing the company and carrying our tone of voice.

.       For this role you will need to be very organised, willing to go the extra mile and see things through to completion.

.       Get energy from dealing with lots of people. You are a good listener and are able to solve problems independently.

.       You are a great communicator.

PLACE OF WORK

Minor Figures, London, E17 5QJ

 

 

HOURS OF WORK

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5:30pm but may vary with workload or by agreement. You may be required to travel. 

We expect that you will attend tradeshows and networking events outside from time to time, no time in lieu is provided for attendance at these events.
