Minor Figures is a London-based coffee company founded in 2014.  We are a team of passionate coffee professionals focused on creating innovative and engagingly executed products, including Nitro Cold Brew Coffee, Oat M*lk, and liquid Chai Concentrate and Post-Coffee Drops CBD tincture.

All our products are 100% plant based and vegan friendly with no added sugar. The company is exploding, achieving record sales figures each quarter.

POSITION SUMMARY

As the Outbound Sales Executive, you will be calling both existing and prospective customers.  More than telemarketing you are a dedicated sales professional, who is energetic, hungry for sales, and dedicated to growing our brand in a professional manner.

You will be dedicated to reaching out to customers and prospects with equal vigour - and assisting them through the discovery of our entire range.  You will have an excellent phone manner and adaptability.

Required Experience Skills & Qualifications

●      You have experience in phone sales.

●      Great telephone and interpersonal skills.

●      You are driven, high energy and are able to meet goals

●      You have great attention to detail are a great listener and are service driven

●      You are familiar with data entry and well versed with CRM software like Salesforce

●      Work with databases and customer lists

●      Strong relationship management skills, customer focus, good communication skills.

●      You are meticulous, organised and self-motivated

REPORTING TO

Commercial Director

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

●      Contact potential or existing customers via phone and other platforms

●      You will be both sales and after-market care. 

●      Be able to answer questions about products or the company

●      Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

●      Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

●      Enter and update customer information in the database

●      Take and process orders in an accurate manner

●      Handle grievances with the customer service representative

●      Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

●      Keep records of calls and sales and feedback useful information

●      You love learning about coffee to provide each customer with exemplary service

 

REPORTING

Report on:

●      Monthly sales.

●      Monthly visits and conversion report

 

REVIEW

12-week review and then annual.

 

PLACE OF WORK

Your main place of work will be:

Minor Figures, Unit 12a Uplands Business Park, E17 5QJ, London

 

HOURS OF WORK

Hours of work will generally be 9.00am – 5:30pm but may vary with workload or by agreement.  Flexibility required due to travel requirements. 

We expect that you will attend tradeshows and networking events outside from time to time, no time in lieu is provided for attendance at these events.

Travel will be required to follow up leads and generate sales in accordance with the Minor Figures Travel Policy.
