As a roaster and café since 2016, every coffee we source, roast and brew is chosen with the pursuit of flavour in mind. Paying close attention to traceability to make sure that the coffee we source is from individual coffee producers or groups of coffee farmers working in associations or co-operatives, and working closely with importers who put this at the top of their priorities. We want our roasts to highlight the hard work and consistency the producers, and everyone in the supply chain, put into the product. We have a small, quality-focused team, who work consistently to put out the best we can. Our goal is to keep things simple and consistent, whether roasting or brewing, let the coffee do the talking.
