We offer free shipping on all orders over £20 in the UK, and a flat rate of £4.99 for orders below.
 

Currently we only ship to the UK from our website, but if you can contact us via the form or at info@minorfigures.com we can let you know of any retail options in your area.  

All orders are delivered by our courier partner DHL.

Orders place before 1pm are dispatched same day and orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next day. Orders arrive within 2–3 business days but may take up to 3–5 business days in remote areas (e.g., Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles).

Yes, you’ll receive a dispatch notification email once your order leaves our warehouse. Your tracking number will be sent separately by DHL.

If no one is available, the carrier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or at a DHL PickUP point. If you'd prefer delivery to only be attempted to your address, using your tracking link to specifiy this to DHL directly. 

If your orders is damaged in anyway, missing items or incorrect please contact us ASAP by replying to your order confirmation email. 

If you’d like to return an item from the MERCH collection (not food/drink), contact customercare@minorfigures.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of dispatch. The item must be in re-saleable condition and, where possible, in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost.

Exchanges are accepted only for T-shirts (e.g., wrong size). You’ll be responsible for return shipping and any shipping costs on the replacement.

Our Barista Oat, Barista Organic, Barista Regenerative and Everyday Oat contain naturally-occurring sugars which are released from the oats during processing.

Our Chai Concentrate contains partially refined Extra Light Organic granulated sugar

Nope! We do not use Stevia in any of our products.

All of our products are 100% plant-based and do not contain any lactose, dairy, or other animal protein or byproducts. 

We add small amounts of rapeseed oil to our Barista Oat range (with organic rapeseed in our Barista Oat Organic) as well as in our Everyday Oat range to help create that smooth texture and mouthfeel. Rapeseed oil is low in saturated fats and is a good source of omegas 3, 6, and 9. The oil we use is GMO-free, and sourced from the UK and northern Europe.

If you need a product that's Gluten Free, we'd recommend our Barista Oat, Barista Regenerative or Everyday Oat.

Minor Figures is an independently owned start up. We formed as a company by crowd-funding and have since grown by partnering with carefully chosen investors, all of whom have a minority share in the company. Our founders control the direction of Minor Figures and everything that we do. The investors are a mix of friends, family, and strategic partners, all of whom help us to scale and reach as many of you as possible.

Our cartons can be recycled wherever local collection and sorting facilities accept them. Whether yours can go in your household recycling depends on where you live, so check your local guidance to be sure. They’re made by Tetra Pak, mainly from paperboard sourced from responsibly managed forests and other controlled sources. We’re also removing single-use plastic from our shipping packaging wherever a suitable recyclable alternative is available, while continuing to improve packaging recyclability across our range.

We currently make our oat drinks in 5 countries, based around our core markets. This helps us keep unnecessary transport to a minimum while ensuring we can deliver the quality and consistency you have come to know and expect. Oat sourcing isn’t always a straight line. Farming is seasonal and availability changes throughout the year, so origins can change too. We work with suppliers who meet our quality and sustainability standards, sourcing as locally as quality and availability allow. For Barista Oat (Regenerative), we go a step further: these oats are grown using regenerative farming practices and can be traced back to the farm.

The oats for Barista Oat (Regenerative) are grown exclusively by farms in the Wildfarmed network, using regenerative practices: living roots and cover crops to protect the soil, diverse rotations, minimal soil disturbance, livestock grazing within the rotation, no insecticides and no pre-harvest spraying. Every farm is independently audited against the Wildfarmed Standards, and the oats are kept fully separate from conventional supply, so they can be traced from farm to carton. The results are measured, too. On the farm, growing these oats stored more carbon in the soil than it emitted: a net −84.3 kg CO₂e per tonne of oats.
