Hyper Oat Taster Pack raffle Terms and Conditions (UK ONLY)
Between 4pm BST 22nd April 2025 - 4pm BST 23rd June 2025 all customers who pre-order a hyper oat taster pack will go in a raffle to win a pair of MF x cubitts hyper oat sunglasses. 1 entry only per person. The winner will be drawn on the 21st of June and contacted thereafter.
Terms and conditions of entry/eligibility
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who:
(a) are 18 years or older at the time of entry; and
(b) are a UK resident; and
(b) provide a physical address within the UK for delivery of the prize (if won) at the time of submitting their entry.
(“Eligible Entrants”).
By entering this promotion, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Competition Sponsor
Sponsored by Minor Figures Ltd (the “Sponsor”), located at Unit 12a, Minor Figures Uplands Business Park, Blackhorse Ln, London, UK E17 5QJ.
3. Agreement to Rules
By entering this competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and decisions of Minor Figures, which are final and binding. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Any entry not complying with these Conditions of Entry is invalid.
4. Competition Period
Start date:4:00pm BST (British Summer Time) on Tuesday 22nd April 2025
Close date: 4:00pm BST (British Summer Time) on Monday 23rd June 2025.
Purchases or Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
5. Competition Terms
5.1 How to Enter
Participants must purchase a Minor Figures Hyper Oat Taster Pack (pre sale) within the dates mentioned above (4. Competition period) in order to be eligible for prizes. All eligible participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
To enter without making a purchase, send your full name and postal address via email to info@minorfigures.com with the subject line “Hyper Oat Taster Pack Prize Draw Entry”. Only one free entry per person is permitted.
Only one entry per order will be counted. Duplicate entries or entries that do not comply with these terms may be disqualified.
No entry fee is charged by the Sponsor to enter the competition.
5.2 General Terms
Minor Figures Hyper Oat Taste Pack is only available via minorfigures.com. The only purchasable product eligible to enter this competition is the Hyper Oat Taster Pack.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the competition if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid. The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Sponsor to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered to that winner. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Sponsor’s discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win.
Only purchases that are complete by the close date by Eligible Entrants will be eligible. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Sponsor and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. Records of the Sponsor and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
Limit to one entry per person.
6. Prizes
6.1 Minor Figures x Cubitts sunglasses
All Eligible Entrants to purchase a Minor Figures Hyper Oat Taster Pack via www.minorfigures.com are eligible to win 1 pair of custom made Minor Figures x Cubitts sunglasses.
Winners will be notified by email (as provided when placing the order) on Tuesday 24th June 2025 after 5pm BST. The prize will be shipped within 5-10 days after the competition's closing dates. Any delays will be communicated to winners via their submitted email contact address. The Sponsor is not responsible for any errors stated in the addresses provided nor any damage or failure to delivery once sent out via post.
Winners of the Minor Figures x Cubitts sunglasses will not be published.
6.3 Draw and Notification for Major Prize
6.3 The draw will take place at the Sponsor’s office at Unit 12a, Minor Figures Uplands Business Park, Blackhorse Ln, London, UK E17 5QJ using computerised random selection on 24th June 2025.
6.3.4 The draw conductor may draw reserve winners in case of ineligible or invalid entries.
6.3.6 The winners will be notified in writing prior to 28 June 2025 of their win - reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or non-functioning contact information provided by entrants.
6.3.7 If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days the next drawn reserve winner (as per point 4 above) will receive that prize.
The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prize at the date of production, noting that the retail price of the prize can vary. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Employees & Next of Kin
Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Data Collection and Use: By participating in this competition, entrants agree that the Sponsor may collect, process, store, and use personal data provided in their competition entry. This data includes but is not limited to, name, email address, and other contact details. This information will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policies of the Sponsor and its subsidiaries relevant to the entrant’s location. Unless specific marketing consent is provided at the time of entering the competition, the data will solely be used for the purposes of managing and administering the competition, verifying eligibility, and awarding prizes. The data collected in this competition (Name, address, Email, Phone) is essential for proper prize management in case of winning.
Data Protection Rights: Participants have specific rights under countries’ privacy and data laws, which may include the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition or any prize won, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
11. Disputes
In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the competition or claiming a prize, the Sponsor will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. Any dispute or claim regarding the competition must be addressed by email to the Sponsor within a period not exceeding one month from the end of the competition date. Any dispute or claim received by the Sponsor after this deadline will not be considered. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision will be final.
The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants or third parties. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
This prize draw and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts where any dispute that cannot be resolved in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
