Does your Barista & Everyday Oat contain added sugar?

Nope! They are sweet thanks to the naturally-occurring sugars found in the oats.

Do you use stevia in your products?

Nope! They are no Stevia found in our products.

DO MINOR FIGURES PRODUCTS CONTAIN LACTOSE, DAIRY, OR GLUTEN?

All of our products are 100% plant-based and do not contain any lactose, dairy, or other animal protein or byproducts. Our full product range is not currently gluten-free, so check out the online shop or find Minor Figures cartons in-store to discover our products with a gluten-free claim.

Why do you use rapeseed/sunflower oil in your Oat?

We add small amounts of rapeseed oil to our Barista Oat range (with organic rapeseed in our Barista Oat Organic) as well as in our Everyday Oat range to help create that smooth texture and mouthfeel. Rapeseed oil is low in saturated fats and is a good source of omegas 3, 6, and 9. Our Barista Brews contain sunflower oil. The oil we use is GMO-free, and sourced from the UK and northern Europe.

Is Barista Oat suitable for a wide range of dietary requirements?

Our Oats are GMO (genetically-modified)-free and our Barista Oat range is Halal. It is also safe to use for a low iodine diet and routinely tested for mycotoxins.

Is Minor Figures an independent brand?

Minor Figures is an independently owned start up. We formed as a company by crowd-funding, and have since grown by partnering with carefully chosen investors, all of whom have a minority share in the company. Our founders control the direction of Minor Figures and everything that we do. The investors are a mix of friends, family, and strategic partners, all of whom help us to scale and reach as many of you as possible.

Is your packaging 100% recyclable?

Our cartons are currently made using Tetra Pak, which is recyclable in some places but not everywhere, so check your local authority’s guidelines on this one. We are also in the process of eliminating all single-use plastic from our shipping packaging, using recyclable alternatives wherever possible.

Where do you grow your oats?

Our oats are sourced from the UK and Northern Europe - we like to keep it as local as possible, but due to the nature of farming cycles and fluctuating availability, we have to switch it up throughout the year. We’re constantly looking to improve our sourcing and minimise our carbon footprint for all our markets globally.

What do you do with your oat residue?

Oat residue is the insoluble fibre that is left as a byproduct of producing our Oat. At the moment, the spent oats used to produce Minor Figures Oat is donated to livestock feed, which avoids the need to chuck them in landfill and reduces the land used for the upkeep of livestock (feed for livestock puts a huge strain on the environment - almost half of all grains and soybeans are grown specifically for the purpose of feeding to livestock).

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping? Can I get free delivery?

We offer free shipping on all orders over £20 in the UK, and a flat rate of £3.99 for orders below.

Shipping is free on all orders containing a BARISTA OAT TASTER PACK

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately, all shipping to the EU is currently on hold due to complications resulting from Brexit.

What couriers do you use?

Most orders are shipped with DHL. Orders containing the Barista Oat Taster Pack, mixed bundles, or Chai 1L subscriptions are fulfilled separately: deliveries in London, Bath, Bristol, Southampton, Portsmouth, and Brighton are handled by Hived, and the rest of the UK is delivered by Royal Mail Next Day.

How long does delivery take?

- We aim to dispatch orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays) the next business day.

- Orders placed on weekends are dispatched the following Monday. 

- Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days.Some remote areas (e.g., Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles) may take 3–5 business days.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, you’ll receive a dispatch notification email once your order leaves our warehouse. Your tracking number will be sent separately by DHL, Royal Mail, or Hived with a link to track your order.

What happens if I’m not home when delivery is attempted?

If no one is available, the carrier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or at a local depot and leave a note with instructions. They typically make two delivery attempts before returning the parcel to us. You can rearrange delivery through the carrier’s online portal.

How do I return an item?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns on food and drink products, as they are perishable. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right. Just get in touch with our team at customercare@minorfigures.com

If you’d like to return an item from the Miscellaneous collection (not food/drink), contact customercare@minorfigures.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of dispatch. The item must be in re-saleable condition and, where possible, in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are accepted only for T-shirts (e.g., wrong size). You’ll be responsible for return shipping and any shipping costs on the replacement.
