1. PRE-PAID Subscription Details

When you subscribe to a pre paid subscription will recieve their orders once per month for 3 months. You are able to choose how much oat (sold in 6-packs) you would like to receive monthly. The entire 3 months will be paid upfront upon checkout and you will receive shipping notifications for all 3 orders, as they are shipped to you.

Our prepaid subscription offers a 15% discount, compared to 10% for our standard subscription and full price for one-off purchases. 

You will receive 15% discount on all Minor Figures merch products, which will automatically apply when you are logged into our site.

2. FREE 220G OZONE COFFEE BAG. Limited Time offer. Offer starts March 11th until sold out.

All customers who purchase a new pre paid subscription will also receive a complimentary 220g pack of Ozone coffee with their first delivery, offered on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. 

Please note, this will only be included in the first order delivery.

3. Payment & Subscription Management

Once activated, the subscription cannot be cancelled within the prepaid period.  However, you can make amendments to your future order, which will process 3 months after your initial order date. We will send a reminder email 3 days prior to your order processing to remind you.

Because your prepaid subscription requires a minimum of 3 cycles, the cancel button will remain hidden until those cycles are completed. You will be able to cancel after your 3rd order has been placed.  To manage your subscription, please log in to your account after your 3rd order has been processed or contact us at hello@minorfigures.com.

4. Billing & Renewal

At the end of the three-month period, the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partially used subscriptions.

5. Delivery

We’ve partnered with Hived, DPD & Royal Mail to provide seamless delivery across the UK. Pre-paid orders are qualified for free delivery. 

6. General Conditions

MINOR FIGURES reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time. By participating in this subscription, users agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and MINOR FIGURES’s general Terms of Service.
